| TICKET OFFICE HOURS |
|
The Mizzou Arena Ticket Office is located on the North end of Mizzou Arena. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Hours may be extended for special events during the week or on weekends. On Football game days the ticket office at the North End/Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium will be open at least 3 hours prior to kickoff and close at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, and the ticket office at Mizzou Arena will be open at least 3 hours prior to kickoff and close at kickoff. Please check with the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office to confirm hours of operation on football game days as game times may vary. On football game days all will call or ticket pickup will be located at the ticket office at the North End/Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. |
| WILL CALL |
|
All orders placed within 6 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. (For example tickets ordered on or after Friday September 2 for a football game on Saturday September 10 are placed in WILL CALL.) To pick up tickets at WILL CALL all customers must show a valid photo ID. The person ordering the tickets MUST be the person picking up the tickets. Any alterations to this policy must be arranged with the University of Missouri ticket office in advance of the event. The WILL CALL window will close at the end of the 3rd quarter for football and the end of halftime for basketball. |

| TRANSFER OF TICKETS |
| Season tickets for football and basketball are ONLY TRANSFERABLE TO A SURVIVING SPOUSE. Tickets may not be transferred to children or other relatives. In addition only the names of spouses may appear on the account for tickets. Other names will not be permissible. |
| GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS - FOOTBALL |
| General admission tickets for home games at Faurot Field is grass hill seating/standing room only on the north end of Memorial Stadium. General admission tickets are available for sale to the public on game day only. If reserved seats are sold out in advance of game day general admission tickets will be sold prior to game day. The University of Missouri Athletic Department reserves the right to sell general admission tickets prior to game day even if reserved seats are not sold out. Please check with the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office as sales for each game vary. |
| FACULTY/STAFF TICKET POLICY |
|
Full time faculty/staff members at the University of Missouri may purchase 2 season tickets at the designated faculty/staff price plus additional at the equivalent price for any dependents living at home under the age of 18 or in high school. The season ticket holder will need to provide his/her social security number and/or employee ID number and the department of employment at the University for verification. The Mizzou Ticket Office will monitor any accounts that have more than 2 football/basketball season tickets on a year to year basis. If an account has more than 2 season tickets at the faculty/staff price and it is determined that the account holder only qualifies for 2 the season ticket holder will be notified and the season ticket rate will be adjusted to the correct price level. |
| REFUNDS |
| All tickets ordered from the University of Missouri are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. |
| ACCESSIBLE/WHEELCHAIR SEATING |
| If accessible/wheelchair seating is required please contact the Mizzou Ticket Office at 573-884-7297 or 1-800-CAT-PAWS (228-7297). Assisted listening devices are available for checkout at one of the Guest Service Booths on the East and West Concourses at Memorial Stadium. |
| ACCESSIBLE/HANDICAP PARKING |
Parking for disabled guests in vehicles displaying properly authorized license plate or hang tags is available in the lot Northeast of Memorial Stadium off Mick Deaver Drive. Proper usage is monitored. Overflow accessible parking is available on the East side of Hearnes with shuttle service to Gate 1 one hour before/during halftime and one hour after each game. Accessible parking is also available at the Maryland Avenue Parking Garage. Tiger Scholarship Fund Donor accessible parking is available in Lots A and J. During basketball games or other events at Mizzou Arena accessible parking can be accommodated with a state approved hang-tag on the East side of the Mizzou Arena. |
| LOST/MISPLACED TICKET POLICY |
| Please put your tickets in a safe place. The University of Missouri will not replace lost or stolen tickets. The Mizzou Ticket Office will only handle ticket resolutions/disputes with the person whose name appears on the account. |
| ADDRESS CHANGES |
| All address changes must be submitted in writing to the Mizzou Ticket Office and can be sent via mail or fax. The University of Missouri will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address. |
| ACCEPTABLE FORMS of PAYMENT for TICKETS |
| The Mizzou Ticket Office will accept cash check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as a form of payment. Full payment must be received at the time the order is placed.
A check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seats. |
| PARKING |
|
Lots in the immediate area of Memorial Stadium, Mizzou Arena and the Hearnes Center are reserved for Tiger Scholarship Fund donors. Public parking is located on most streets in the immediate area surface lots and garages throughout campus. The only restrictions are at Residence Hall lots and the University Hospital lots. There are six main public garages on campus that would be a great place to park and are easily accessible. Maryland Avenue Garage ($5) 1 block from Memorial Stadium is located across the street from the stadium at Hospital and Maryland Avenue. There are approximately 1000 spaces. Conley Avenue Garage (free) 4 blocks from Memorial Stadium is located North of Turner Garage and West of Jesse Hall at 6th and Conley. There are approximately 720 spaces. University Avenue Garage (free) 5 blocks from Memorial Stadium is located North of Memorial Union on University Avenue West of College Avenue. There are approximately 940 spaces. Turner Avenue Garage (free) 3 blocks from Memorial Stadium is located at Turner and Maryland Avenues next to the Reynolds Alumni Center. There are approximately 1200 spaces. Hitt Street Garage (free) 5 blocks from Memorial Stadium is located two blocks West of College Avenue at 9th and Elm Streets. There are approximately 1800 spaces. Virginia Avenue Garage ($5) 4 blocks from Memorial Stadium is located one block West of College Avenue at Virginia and Hospital Drive. There are approximately 700 spaces. |
| GATES |
| The main gate on the North Concourse is designated as Gate 1. The gates on the East and West Concourses are designated from North to South as 2E, 3E, etc or 2W, 3W, etc. Gates will open 1½ hours prior to game time. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free. Everybody else must have a ticket for admittance to the event. Reserved seat ticket holders may enter at any gate although it is desirable that guests enter at a gate near their seat location. Guests will be allowed only to enter stadium vomitories nearest their seat location. Family Fun Pass ticket holders should enter at Gates 6E or 6W. Student ticket holders should enter at Gates 3E, 4E, or 5E. Suite and Tiger Lounge ticket holders may enter at Gate 4W at the ground level of the Press Box. |
| PASS OUT GATES |
|
Guests who need to leave Memorial Stadium and return should obtain a stamp on their hand from the ticket taker. Both the stamped hand and a valid ticket stub must be presented upon re-entry. There are no pass outs for events at Mizzou Arena or the Hearnes Center. |
| COURTESY SHUTTLE |
| Courtesy shuttle service is available from the south field level (adjacent to lot G) to the East and West Gates. This service will operate one and a half hours before during halftime and one hour after the game. Accessible shuttle service will operate between the East Hearnes accessible parking area and Gate 1 one and a half hours before during halftime and one hour after the game. |
| GUEST SERVICES |

Please contact the guest services booths on the East and West Concourses at Memorial Stadium for directions, information, lost items or to register concerns or outstanding service. For basketball games or other events at Mizzou Arena please go to the guest services booth which is located on the East side of the main concourse level near the Tiger Team Store. |
| PROHIBITED ARTICLES |
|
No outside food or drinks are allowed except for medical purposes. Approval for medical exceptions must be obtained at the Memorial Stadium First Aid station located on the West side near Gate 3W. In addition for the comfort and safety of our guests the following items cannot be brought into Memorial Stadium:
Guests with any of these items will not be admitted. Throwing of any items is prohibited and may result in eviction and/or prosecution. Guests ejected from the stadium will not be refunded for their tickets and may result in cancellation of tickets. Items not allowed at basketball games or other athletic events at Mizzou Arena and the Hearnes Center are:

| LOST AND FOUND |
| Located at the Guest Services Booths on the East and West Concourse during the game. Following the game found items will be delivered to University Police. Please call 573-882-7201 to retrieve your lost item.
For events at Mizzou Arena lost and found is located at the guest services booth on the West side of the main concourse level of the arena. For lost item inquiries please call 573-882-2056. |
| STADIUM SIGN/BANNER POLICY |
| Content of signage should show support for your team and may not contain vulgar derogatory or unsportsmanlike language. Signs may not obstruct the view or endanger guests and may not be hung on stadium walls. The athletic department reserves the right to move or remove items not meeting these specifications. |
| GUEST DISTRACTIONS |
| The University of Missouri desires to provide a totally enjoyable experience for our fans and expects respect for fellow fans. Inappropriate conduct or activity should be reported to the nearest usher. The usher will observe the conduct and request it to stop if appropriate. If the conduct continues the usher will seek assistance from stadium security who will request an improvement. Further occurrence is cause for removal from the stadium/arena no refunds for tickets and potential loss of future ticket allocation. |
| FIRST AID |
| Emergency first aid station is located on the west concourse below the Press Box. Staff and paramedics are on duty throughout the game. Please contact the nearest Guest Services Booth security officer or usher for assistance.
At Mizzou Arena the First Aid Room is located on the North concourse of the main level. |
| ATM |
| At Memorial Stadium an ATM is located on the outside of the stadium between Gate 3W and 4W on the west (press box) side.
At Mizzou Arena an ATM is located next to the Tiger Team Store on the North concourse of the main level. At the Hearnes Center an ATM is located on the main concourse level west side of the arena behind Section B10 next to the Ticket Office. |
